Stade Rubgy Club is happy to introduce a RugbyFit bootcamp for parents. Take the opportunity to set your body and your soul in motion and have a positive impact on your wellbeing during, while the kids are having fun & training.
The aim is to have fun & enjoy the spirit of the Game, while getting introduced to the skills for Rugby… RugbyFit shouldn't be intimidating but about learning and challenging yourself.
It should be about introducing you to the skills required for functional movement like in Rugby- Power, Strength & Stamina…but also to be part of the Rugby community & enjoy the spirit of the game.
It’s a 12 weeks program, till winter, with first 6wks forcussed on Discovery and then building different movements from there…
