Stade Rubgy Club is happy to Build & extend the community of the RugbyFit bootcamps for parents on saturday.
Take the opportunity to set your body and your soul in motion and have a positive impact on your wellbeing while the kids are having fun & training.

The aim is to have fun & get a positive impact on your wellbeing. We will:
• Promote ‘General Health, Conditioning & Mobility’
• introduce you to the skills required for functional movement (like in Rugby- Power, Strength & Stamina)
• Introduce exercises with ‘Rugby’ ball & Occasional “rugby’ basics (to make it more fun)

…but be part also of the Stade community & enjoy the spirit and values of sport.
It’s a free program, till winter, with first weeks focussed on Discovery and then building different movements from there…

60min work , with Fun warmup, movement mechanics, Workout & cool-down.
