Based on the number of interested people, we divide randomly into small teams playing against each other in 10minutes games.
The rules are made that everybody can play Rugby, no tackle and ultra-simplified rules:

One target: bring the ball behind the touchdown lines.
One rule in attack: pass backwards!
One rule in defense: respect offsides ;-)
